Project Manager – Banking & Funds

Taleo’s success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager – Banking & Funds:
- Lead and manage transformation projects in Core Banking, Funds Operations, or Data Management, ensuring strategic alignment and governance.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets, securing approvals from governance bodies.
- Act as the main point of contact between business, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems and process improvements across banking and fund operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Supervise the collection, validation, and documentation of business requirements, working closely with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment phases, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Drive change management and training initiatives to support business adoption of new processes and systems.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution, ensuring successful execution.
- Provide expertise in banking processes, fund accounting, data management, regulatory frameworks, and IT transformation.
Required profile.
How do we imagine our future Project Manager – Banking & Funds?
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or PMO within Banking, Funds, or Data-related projects.
- Experience leading projects in Core Banking transformation, Funds Operations, or Data Management.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, fund administration, and financial data management.
- Familiarity with Core Banking solutions (e.g., Temenos T24, MFTA, MFFA) and fund accounting systems (e.g., Multifonds).
- Experience with CRM and workflow management platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Clarity).
- Understanding of banking/financial regulations (Basel, BCBS239, MiFID, AML/KYC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with PMO activities (reporting, methodology, risk management, execution monitoring).
- Fluent in French (mandatory) and strong command of English.
