Business Analyst – Cards
Business analyst
Mission.
- Analyse issues and identify improvements to card products and services
- Analyse and evaluate change requests; define business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Identify and assess solution options together with the squad
- Act as the interface between business and IT stakeholders
- Define business scope, target operating models and business/IT interfaces
- Follow up implementation and coordinate Business Acceptance Testing (BAT)
Required profile.
- 8+ years of professional experience, including proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Cards environment
- Strong knowledge of Cards products, processes and related services, and of the Belgian Cards and payments market
- Knowledge of Cards-related technology and architecture, with the ability to explain complex business topics and their link with IT
- Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
- Languages: strong English (written and spoken), good spoken French, spoken Dutch
- Nice to have: Project Management or Product Owner experience, Agile methodology, knowledge of Wero and Apple Pay, experience with target operating models
- Soft skills: client-oriented, analytical and structured, strong communication and negotiation skills, independent and solution-oriented, adaptable, team player
- Working model: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking
