Business Analyst – Mortgage Loans
Business analyst
Mission.
You will join the mortgage loans squad of a leading financial institution, working on the implementation and maintenance of its target credit origination system.
- Elicit, analyse and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements
- Work closely with product owners, architects and subject matter experts to define high-level requirements and build domain knowledge
- Analyse and design new business processes; define detailed requirements and use cases
- Hand over requirements to designers and translate them into test conditions for product, performance and user acceptance testing
- Manage requirements traceability and take part in quality reviews of designs and prototypes
- Act as liaison between the business and the technology delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
Practical information:
- Work mode: 50% on site, 50% homeworking
Required profile.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and spoken Dutch, French and English is a MUST
- Experience with conceptual modelling and requirements management; good understanding of IT and testing; good command of MS Office
- Experience in an agile environment and in the mortgage loans domain; good understanding of workflow processes
- Analytical, structured, quality-minded and goal-oriented; independent problem-solver, open to change, with negotiation and persuasion skills
