Project Manager – Regulatory Projects
Project Manager
Mission.
- Lead regulatory projects from scoping to implementation, incl. impact assessments and roadmaps
- Translate regulatory requirements into business and IT requirements
- Adapt life insurance products, processes and documentation to regulatory requirements
- Coordinate Business, Compliance, Legal, Actuarial and IT stakeholders
- Monitor deadlines, risks and delivery; prepare dashboards and governance documentation
- Support audits, inspections and post-implementation reviews
Required profile.
- Proven Project Management experience within Life Insurance or Financial Services, including complex regulatory environments
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products
- Good understanding of Belgian/EU regulatory frameworks, particularly FSMA, NBB, Solvency II and IDD
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business and IT solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently under tight deadlines
- Languages: fluent French, professional English
- Nice to have: Dutch, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification, ESG and AML regulatory topics, commercial and distribution projects in Life Insurance
